If you’ve been following along, I started my 4th round of 75Hard today
I do these things for many reasons. It’s always a personal challenge for sure, but I’m doing things a little different this time.
For the next 75 days I’ll be documenting everything I do in regard to the 75Hard task list. All the food I eat, all the workouts I do, the books I read, etc.
Well, my mission in life is to leave people better. For over two decades I’ve done a lot of that thru health and fitness. I’ve seen a LOT of people attempt 75Hard, as well as many other fitness challenges, and fall short.
I want people to see how this operates in the real world, and how consistency and simplicity can change everything
I’ll obviously be posting quite a bit here, but I’ll be uploading a video each day on my YouTube channel with a full recap of the day, and I’ll be sharing all the details in my Make America Fit Again online community.
