Did you know there are people out there who don’t lift weights?
Like, ever!!
I remember learning in college that approximately 50% of people in assisted living situations are there because they can’t do everyday tasks anymore.
Not because they broke a hip or had a stroke, etc, but because they can’t carry groceries or hold a pan or get themselves dressed.
However, if they had a solid strength training program for 6 months, they could live on their own again.
Go pick up the heavy things and put them down repeatedly, and don’t let life get hard for reasons you can prevent
